Two-wheeler ban on Airport Road, Electronics City flyovers temporarily put on hold
The Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) has temporarily suspended the ban on two-wheelers on the Airport Road and Electronics City elevated corridors due to congestion and traffic conflicts observed during a pilot implementation. While restrictions on goods vehicles will remain in effect, two-wheelers and autorickshaws will continue to be allowed on these corridors for now. A phased approach will be adopted for future restrictions based on traffic flow and safety conditions.
